Pañca Mahābhūta: The Five Great Elements in Practice

In this 5-class course, we will explore the Pañca Mahābhūta, or the five great elements. This course is a preparation for the Pañca Mahābhūta Yātrā in January 2023. However, this course is open to even those not coming on the yātrā. Here, we will explore the nuances of the five great elements specifically as they relate to the experience of life and their applications in sādhanā or spiritual practice. Regardless of the path of an aspirant, these teachings are relevant and applicable to the moment-to-moment unfolding of life, hormonal pathways, conscious actions and subconscious patterns.

It is because of their extreme relevance and applicability that there are temples dedicated to the great elements!

Classes will take place over Zoom on consecutive Mondays (November 7, 14, 21, 28, and December 5, 2022) from 7-8:30 PM EST. Zoom link will be shared upon enrollment. All classes will be recorded and available for replay along with other course materials.
